随着京津冀协同创新不断深入，京津冀低空经济协同发展活力十足，空中通勤、无人机配送、安全巡检等新功能“飞”入三地城市生活。
飞“阅”旅游活力十足
满眼湛蓝的水面，丛丛青翠的芦苇，村庄像珍珠连成白色“项链”……空中视角下的白洋淀，别样美丽。
“现在飞到多高了？”游客赵翔在一架带有“白洋淀通航”字样的飞机上，兴奋地询问身旁的驾驶员李根。“370米。”李根的回答清清楚楚地传到赵翔耳畔。赵翔感叹：“真没想到飞机无噪音，就像坐在头等舱。”
得益于鄚州机场推出的低空飞行+游览业务，这样的美，今后所有的人都有机会体验。
随着“五一”假期临近，飞“阅”未来之城的预约订单纷至沓来。“我们不仅有环绕白洋淀的游览航线，还有飞往北京、张家口、承德等地的航线。”李根介绍，从北京平谷、顺义飞到鄚州机场仅需45分钟，越来越多的京津市民通过“打飞的”来雄安。
目前，鄚州机场已实现往返北京的常态化飞行，并与国内多个机场形成联网模式，开辟转场航线27条。鄚州机场正在打造无人机物流配送、京津冀远途运输等业务，推动京津冀低空经济更加繁荣。
在天津滨海新区中新生态城，中国海洋博物馆、妈祖像和“基辅”号航母网红景区，游客乘坐飞机在三点之间飞来飞去，尽享低空飞行+旅游的轻松和惬意。
给航空器安上“智脑”
“当飞行器绕过摩天大楼的阴影，或是突发大雾天气导致能见度骤降，信号出现故障，它们可能与地面的低空交通管理系统暂时失联。这时，又该如何确保飞行器继续在空中安全高效且有序飞行？”在天津市宁河区，信天智行（天津）航空科技有限公司创始人丁元沅正致力于解决这个难题。
2023年11月，丁元沅带领团队成功研制并发布了原型样机——开拓性航电自主飞行（辅助）系统。这一适配于有人/无人驾驶航空器以及中大型无人机的机载系统，不仅在机动层面实现了探测和避让，更在战术层面配备了安全间隔保障，并在战略层面实现了多机协同智能，填补了中国在航电设备领域的多项技术空白。
“给航空器安装上多机协同系统这个‘智慧大脑’，就能快速识别紧急状况并迅速做出反应。航空器可以互相知晓位置，有序降落，确保安全。这体现了低空交通管理系统与机载自主飞行系统的紧密配合，也是我们系统的核心优势。”丁元沅信心满满，随着低空经济的蓬勃发展，多机协同系统还能帮助航空器互相协调飞行位置，让速度快的“超车”，从而大幅提升低空飞行的交通安全。目前，公司正在申请立项，进行适航样机的研发，计划到2026年实现适航产品量产。

ThebitingwindsofLiyueHarborwereusuallyagentlecaresstoGanyu,afamiliarwhisperofherhomeland.Buttoday,anunnaturalchillclungtotheair,apremonitionofsomethingdeeplyamiss.Thebustlingmarketplace,usuallyavibrantsymphonyofcommerceandchatter,seemedsubdued,asifholdingitsbreath.Ganyu,everdiligent,hadbeenonherwaytodeliveracrucialreporttoNingguang,herthoughtspreoccupiedwithintricatetradenegotiationsandthedelicatebalanceofLiyue’seconomy.Herhooves,usuallysosureandswift,falteredforameremomentasapeculiarglintcaughthereyefromashadowedalleyway.Itwasafleetingdistraction,easilydismissedbyherseasonedawareness,yetitwasenough.
Theattackwasswift,brutal,andutterlyunexpected.Notthegrand,elementalonslaughtofaFatuiHarbinger,northecunningtrapsoftheAbyssOrder,butsomethingfarmoreinsidiousinitscrudeness.Anet,wovenwiththreadsthatseemedtoabsorblight,ensnaredherbeforeshecouldevenfullyreact.Theroughfibersbitintoherskin,ajarringsensationalientothesmooth,polishedsurfacessheusuallyencountered.Panic,asensationGanyurarelyindulged,begantobloominherchest.TheTreasureHoarders,abandofopportunisticbrigandsshehadencounteredonlyinpassingonthefringesofLiyue’scivilizedlands,weretheperpetrators.Theirfaces,contortedwithgreedandasurprising,almostbarbaricglee,wereastarkcontrasttotherefinedthreatsshewasaccustomedto.
Theyhadclearlyplannedthis.Howelsecouldtheyhaveensnaredabeingasagileandpowerfulasherself?ShefeltthefamiliarhumofherCryoabilitiesbeingsuppressed,astrange,suffocatingpressurethatdampenedherinnatepower.Itwasasiftheveryairaroundherhadturnedtolead,renderingherCryoshots,hericeshards,herfrozenmist,impotent.HerQilinheritage,asourceofimmensestrengthandgrace,feltlikeacrueljoke,agildedcageinthismomentofvulnerability.Theropestightened,diggingdeeperwitheverystruggledmovement,eachtugatestamenttoherdiminishingcontrol.ThefamiliarscentofLiyue’sspicesandseasaltwasreplacedbytheacridstenchofunwashedbodiesandcheapliquor.
Hermind,usuallyafortressoflogicandorder,raced.Theimplicationsofhercapturewerestaggering.Theadeptiwereprotectors,guardiansofLiyue’speace.Ifoneoftheirownwastofallintothehandsofcommoncriminals,whatdidthatsayaboutthesafetyofthenation?Whatsecrets,whatknowledge,wouldthesecommonthugsseektoextractfromher?Theyweren’tinterestedinworlddominationorgrandschemes;theirmotivationswerefarmorepedestrian–ransom,perhaps,oreventhebizarredesiretopossessacreatureoflegend.Thisthought,morethanthephysicalrestraint,chilledhertothebone.Theywouldn’tunderstandherpurpose,herdedication.Theywouldonlyseeaprize,ameanstoanend.
Astheydraggedheraway,thebrightLiyuesun,usuallyasymbolofhopeandprosperity,seemedtomockherplight,castinglong,distortedshadowsthatdancedwithherdespair.Thesoundsofthecityfaded,replacedbytherustlingofleavesandthecrunchofgravelundertheirhurriedfootsteps.Eachstepawayfromthefamiliar,fromthesafetyofherduties,feltlikeabetrayalofeverythingshestoodfor.ThethoughtofNingguang,ofthesleeplessnightsshehadspentensuringLiyue’sstability,ofthecountlesstimesshehadsacrificedherownpeaceforthegreatergood,filledherwithagnawingguilt.Shehadfailed.TheQilin,thediligentsecretary,theunwaveringprotector,hadbeencapturedlikeacommonthief.
Thejourneywasarduous,ajarringreminderofhernewfoundhelplessness.Shewasforcedtowalk,herusuallyfree-stridinggaitconfinedbytheroughropesandthecrudeproddingofhercaptors.Theforests,onceaplaceofsolaceandconnection,nowfeltlikeamazeofthreats.Everyrustleofleaves,everysnapofatwig,sentajoltofapprehensionthroughher.Shetriedtorecallanytacticaladvantage,anyhiddenweaknessinhercaptors’formation,buttheircrudenumbersandsurprisingcoordinationofferedlittle.Theyweredrivenbyasingular,relentlessdesire:tokeepherbound.
Thewhispersamongthemwerecrude,filledwithavariciousfantasies.Theyspokeofthewealththeywouldgain,theprestigetheywouldacquireforcapturingsucharareprize.Itwasastarkreminderofthevastgulfbetweentheirworldandhers,aworldwherelegendswerereducedtocommodities.Shecaughtfragmentsoftheirboasts,theircrudejokes,andtherawhungerintheireyes.Itwasavisceral,primalfearthatbegantosetin.Thesewerenotsoldierswithacause;theywerewolves,drivenbyinstinctandopportunity,andshewastheirprey.
Asthesundippedbelowthehorizon,paintingtheskyinhuesoforangeandpurple,Ganyufoundherselfdeeperwithinthewildernessthanshehadeverventuredalone.Theairgrewcolder,notwiththefamiliarchillofherCryo,butwiththebitingbreathofgenuinefear.Thestarsbegantoemerge,distantandindifferent,astarkcontrasttothewarmthandlightshehadalwaysassociatedwithLiyue.ShewasGanyu,theonewhoneverfaltered,thesteadfastdevoteeofLiyue.Andyet,hereshewas,herfutureuncertain,herpowerssuppressed,herheartheavywiththechillingrealizationthateventhemostdevotedguardiancouldbebroughtlowbytheunforeseenmachinationsoftheworld.Thesilencethatnowenvelopedherwasnotthepeacefulsilenceofsolitude,butthesuffocatingsilenceofcaptivity,apreludetoanunknownandterrifyingordeal.
WhispersintheDark:TheChainsofDespairandaGlimmerofHope
Themakeshiftprisonwasascrudeasitscaptors.Arough-hewncage,constructedfromsturdylogsandreinforcedwithironbands,becameGanyu’snewreality.Theairwithinwasstale,carryingthelingeringscentofdampearthanddesperation.TheTreasureHoarders,havingsecuredtheirprize,seemedtorevelintheirperceivedvictory,theirboisterouslaughterechoingthroughthesurroundingwoods.Theyparadedheraroundtheircamp,atrophyoftheirdaringexploit,theireyesfilledwithamixtureofaweandavarice.Ganyu,herheadheldhighdespitethecircumstances,refusedtoshowthemthefearthatgnawedatherinsides.
Eachpassinghourwasatestamenttoherhelplessness.HerinnateCryoabilities,thoughsuppressed,stillpulsedfaintlywithinher,aconstantreminderofwhatshehadlost.Itwaslikehavingwingsandbeingconfinedtotheground,acrueltauntofhertruenature.Shetriedtoanalyzethecompositionofthecage,searchingforanyweakness,anyloosejointthatcouldbeexploited.Hersharpeyes,accustomedtospottingthesubtlestofdetailsinherwork,nowscannedforanychinkinherarmor.Butthecraftsmanship,whilecrude,wassurprisinglyrobust,designedforthesolepurposeofcontainment.
TheTreasureHoarders,intheircrudefashion,werenotentirelywithoutaplan.Theyspokeofabuyer,someonewhowouldpayhandsomelyforacreatureoflegend.Thedetailswerevague,lostintheirdrunkenramblings,buttheimplicationwasclear:Ganyuwasacommodity,herfreedomtiedtothewhimsofunseenindividuals.Thisthoughtfueledafreshwaveofanxiety.TheFatuiwerepredictableintheircruelty,theAbyssOrderintheirmalice.Butthesecommoncriminals,drivenbysimplegreed,wereamoreunpredictablethreat.Theiractionscouldbeimpulsive,theirdemandsunreasonable,theirultimategoalsolelyfinancial.
Ganyu’smind,however,wasafortressthatevenphysicalchainscouldnotfullybreach.Shebegantorecallhertraining,thelessonslearnedfromtheadepti,theresilienceforgedthroughcenturiesofservice.Sheobservedhercaptors,notingtheirroutines,theirshiftsinguard,theirmomentsofcomplacency.Theiroverconfidencewastheirgreatestweakness,theirbeliefintheirimpregnablecageafatalflaw.Shelistenedtotheirconversations,piecingtogetherfragmentsofinformation,tryingtounderstandtheirmotivationsandtheirnetworks.Theywereascattered,disorganizedgroup,unitedonlybytheirsharedpursuitofill-gottengains.
Daysbledintonights,markedonlybythechanginglightandthecyclicalsoundsofthecamp.TheinitialbravadooftheTreasureHoardersbegantowane,replacedbyanervousanticipation.Thepromisedbuyerwasyettoarrive,andwitheachpassingmoment,theiruneasegrew.Ganyu,inherquietobservation,noticedthisshift.Theguardsbecamemorevigilant,theirmovementsmoreagitated.Thewhispersamongthemturnedfromboaststoanxieties.
Then,anewsoundcutthroughtheusualcampchatter–thefaint,melodicchimeofbells.Itwasasoundthat,inothercircumstances,mighthavebroughthercomfort,butnow,itsentarippleofuncertaintythroughher.TheTreasureHoardersreactedwithamixtureofexcitementandapprehension.Theygatheredtheirweapons,theireyesdartingtowardsthesourceofthesound.Ganyu’sheart,whichhadbeensteadilycalminginitsrhythm,begantopoundanew.Wasthisthebuyer?Orwasitanewthreat,drawnbythecommotion?
Asthesoundgrewcloser,afigureemergedfromthetrees.Itwasn'tthebrutishfigureofaseasonedbandit,northecold,calculatingdemeanorofaFatuiagent.Instead,itwasayoungwoman,herattiresimplebutelegant,hereyessharpandobservant.Shecarriedasmalllute,fromwhichthemelodicchimesemanated.Ganyurecognizedher.Itwasatravelingbard,someoneshehadencounteredonoccasion,knownforherquickwitandheruncannyabilitytogatherinformation.
TheTreasureHoarders,initiallywary,quicklyrevertedtotheirgreedynature.Theysawanotherpotentialmark,anothersourceofwealth.Butthebardwasnoteasilyintimidated.Shespokewithacalmauthority,hervoicecuttingthroughtheirbluster.Ganyu,thoughunabletounderstandthefullexchange,couldsensetheshiftingtides.Thebardwasnotheretobuy;shewasheretoobserve,toperhapsevennegotiate.
Aflickerofhope,fragileyetpersistent,ignitedwithinGanyu.Thisunexpectedarrival,thisdeviationfromhercaptors’plan,presentedanopportunity.Thebard,withhersharpintellectandhernetworkofcontacts,mightbethekeytoherescape.Ganyufocusedherremainingenergy,asubtlesurgeofCryo,notenoughtobreakherbonds,butenoughtosendafainttremorthroughthecage.Itwasasilentsignal,adesperatepleasentintothenight.
Thebard’seyes,quickasahawk’s,caughtthesubtlemovement.Athoughtfulexpressioncrossedherface.ShecontinuedherconversationwiththeTreasureHoarders,herwordsaskillfuldiversion,buthergazeoccasionallyflickeredtowardsGanyu’scage.Itwasasilentunderstanding,anascentallianceforgedintheshadows.Thenightwasstillyoung,andthefateoftheQilinhungprecariouslyinthebalance,butforthefirsttimesincehercapture,Ganyufeltaglimmerofpossibility.Thechainsofdespairwerestillheavy,butanewmelody,oneofhope,hadbeguntoplayinthedarkness.Thejourneybacktofreedom,sheknew,wouldbefraughtwithperil,butnow,shewasnotentirelyalone.
协同作业越飞越“高”
京津冀千米之下的低空经济正在加速“起飞”，越飞越“高”。
天津市武清低空经济科创园，也叫“空路轨”综合测试验证基地，这里已获批14平方公里专属空域：“路”指公路智能驾驶领域；“轨”代表轨道，这里有双线总长800米的铁路轨道，并建有国内首创的列控系统数字孪生研发试验平台，已成为京津冀等地低空飞行主要试验场地之一。
据介绍，天津云圣智能科技有限责任公司的产品——移动式全自主无人机巡检系统，实现了“无人机+汽车”联动，目前样机正在进行应急场景应用试验。
“机车船”无人化协同作业，是北京科技大学天津学院无人机系副教授张素杰正在研究的课题，主要测试验证无人机、无人车、无人船等交通载体之间的自主协同产业协作。
不久前，宁河区与北京市丰台区签订了战略合作协议，共同推动无人机物流、低空旅游、应急救援等领域的发展。（韩梅）
